Job Description
We are strategically partnering with a fast growing and highly profitable City law firm who are consistently growing at 15-20% per annum and because of sustained investment and long-term thinking, this is directly translating into significantly increased profits, with higher PEP than their competitors.
They have very low staff turnover and a culture that is supportive and highly collegiate which has allowed them to bring in talented partners alongside developing internal talent and recruiting and retaining excellent associates to ensure that partners have the right level of resources and are not drawn into non-partner work and all the challenges that can bring.
They have a diverse client base across international multinationals, large privately owned companies and entrepreneurial businesses and pride themselves on providing a partner led personal service.
The firm is now at a critical stage in their growth journey where they have the resources and commitment to bring in a number of partners.
The successful candidates will be existing partners with a 'portable book of business' who are looking for the right platform to develop this further alongside tapping into the firms existing relationships and client base.
They have also had success in recruiting senior associates with 9+ PQE who do not have a full portable client base but are on an upwards curve and have the ambition and drive to build this.
You must be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with London private practice experience at a US, City, London office of a strong regional or national firm, or London based boutique, with a minimum of 9 years PQE.
