£25,000 to £26,000
The Job Role:
We are passionately working with our client who have just completed building 335 apartments located in the heart of Sheffield city centre. Our client designs and builds bespoke buildings across the UK, and their new premises in Sheffield are already proving to be popular. Due to maternity leave, we have a 6-month position available for a Resident Services Advisor. There is a chance that this position will be extended to 9 months.
Supporting the General Manager, and working with the team of Resident Services Advisors, the successful candidate will be assisting with looking after the residents of the building as well as the running of the buildings on a day-to-day basis. Acting as the first point of contact, the successful candidate will handle enquiries from existing and prospective residents, manage the leasing process including renewals, conduct viewings and solve any issues that may arise.
This will be a fast-paced and super varied role and will include the following roles and responsibilities; - Assisting the team in achieving full occupancy by managing internal enquiries and responding to queries – Conducting viewings – Negotiating lease agreements – Managing the reference process for new residents – Updating residents regularly with the process including move in dates – Negotiating lease renewals – Managing the check-out process including carrying out inspections – Coordinating cleaning and repairs ahead of residents moving into their new apartment – Consistently delivering a warm welcome to residents and visitors who attend the reception area – Managing maintenance requests and contractor visits – Conducting regular walk arounds to ensure the grounds, buildings and amenities meet the correct standards – Administrative duties as directed by the General Manager
We would love to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience; - Genuinely passionate about delivering first-class customer service with experience of working in a customer focused role – Sales experience would be advantageous, preferably within a lettings environment but this is not essential – Highly organised and able to meet deadlines and targets – A problem solver who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and solve challenges that may arise – Understanding of property whether residential, lettings or property management – Knowledge of health and safety would be advantageous
