Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, including oncologists, radiologists, and surgeons, to coordinate comprehensive patient care Delivering expert nursing care to patients with breast cancer and other breast-related conditions Creating and managing personalised care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs Offering guidance, support, and education to both patients and their families throughout their treatment journey Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient documentation and medical records Engaging in clinical audits and contributing to quality improvement projects to enhance patient care Requirements : A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specifically as a Specialist Breast Care Nurse, with a proven track record in managing breast cancer patients and related conditions. Must hold a valid NMC registration, demonstrating compliance with professional standards and regulations. Ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless patient care through open communication with oncologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Strong commitment to advocating for patients' needs, providing emotional support, and educating patients and their families about treatment options and procedures.
