Day-to-day of the role: Preparation of Weekly Expense Payments: Assist in preparing weekly expense payments using the ERP (SAP) system. Timely Rectification of Pay Errors: Support the resolution of pay errors promptly, ensuring appropriate recording for statistical analysis and process improvement. Third-Party Enquiries: Handle enquiries from external bodies such as rental agencies, CSA, and legal firms via letter, phone, or email. Electronic Despatch of Payroll Materials: Assist with sending payslips, P60s, and other payroll-related documents electronically, as well as completing and dispatching P11Ds. Team Integration and Support: Work as an integral member of the team, building rapport and providing support to colleagues when needed. System Testing Support: Participate in system testing due to payroll system configuration updates or year-end patching. Assistance with Payroll-Related Projects: Contribute to projects involving payroll-related topics. Support to Employee Relations and HR Services: Provide assistance to Employee Relations and HR Shared Services colleagues with general enquiries and duties as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of payroll experience. Able to use Microsoft Office products to an intermediate level. Experience with an ERP system. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. High level of numeracy skills. Excellent planning and organising abilities. Strong communication skills. Effective problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
