The Medical Workforce Administrator is a fundamental part of the Medical Workforce Team, providing both colleagues and managers with an excellent service through front-line operational support. The Medical Workforce Administrator is the first point of contact for a wide range of day-to-day medical workforce queries.
The post holder will monitor and maintain system workflows for e-Rota design and provide system support as and when required for e-Exception Reporting within the Trust. The current system falling under the remit of the Medical Workforce Administrator is the Skills for Health - DRS4 e-Rota system for Resident Doctors in Training and Locally Employed Doctors.
The post holder will deliver rota templates for Resident Doctors and Locally Employed Doctors that maximise the available resource and are compliant with Working Time Regulations (WTR), contractual requirements, and local Trust rules.
