Our Client is a specialist in Recladding and External Facades refurbishments projects acting as a Principle Contractor rectifying existing buildings with correct / firesafe building envelope systems and materials across the UK. They have established strong relationships with many of the well-known system suppliers and delivered projects for a variety of Housing Associations and Property management companies on Government funded recladding schemes. They notably have a separate building division within the group, undertaking main contracts on mid to large sized developments.
About the Employer
Our Client is a specialist in external façade solutions including, Curtain Walling Light-Weight Steel Framing Systems, Render, Brick Slips & External Wall Insulation Systems and Cladding for both New Build and Refurbishment Projects. They have established strong relationships with many of the well-known system suppliers and, delivered projects for a variety of Clients including Bouygues UK, Allenbuild, RGB and RFM Construction as well as a acting Principle Contractor. Their head office is based in London although cover nationwide, scale dependent. With a stable turnover of £40m in are client is looking to grow this year with a healthy pipeline already secured with both existing and new clients.
Requirements
To be successful all applicants must have worked for a rival facade subcontractor in the UK. You must have the appropriate Quantity Surveying qualifications and a minimum of 3 years’ within a similar role. In addition to this, the business will only consider applicants that have façade experience including Curtain Walling Light-Weight Steel Framing Systems, Render, Brick Slips & External Wall Insulation Systems and Cladding. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to programmes and deadlines, be flexible to adapt to change and have a keen eye for quality. The successful applicant will show proven experience within a façade contractor.
Salary/ Benefits
Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £65K to £80K. All reasonable travel expenses will be included and you will receive a company works package.
