Receptionist Southport Permanent, 40 hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm £12 per hour Dovehaven Care Group are a family owned business established for over 30 years. We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to provide an efficient and effective support service to our Birch Abbey Care Home in Southport. Duties: -Meeting and greeting visitors to the homes - Providing telephone support to the home, dealing with relatives, medical professionals and service providers - General office duties as directed by the managers - Archiving - Dealing with petty cash and petty cash returns - Auditing and control of residents available cash - Setting up staff files in line with CQC guidelines - Updating admin files ie Coshh / certificates/ policies and procedures - Administration of the training matrix to ensure all staff are compliant - Undertaking all admin audits i.e. staff file audits Skills and Experience: Excellent communication and administration skills include systems data input, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Effective organisational skills Strong team player Flexibility to respond to multiple priorities Adaptable when dealing with different homes and managers Driver with own vehicle If you feel you would be suitable for this role, we would love to hear from you.
