Description As Production Manager you will be tasked with the following; Oversee the production processes and make necessary decisions to ensure optimal efficiency. Manage a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in production processes. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation and timely delivery of services. Prepare and maintain production reports for upper management. Manage production budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.Profile A successful Production Manager should have: Experience leading a team in a production environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations. An ability to strategise and solve problems. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments. Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Job Offer The package on offer as Production Manager is as follows; An annual salary range of approximately £40,000 - £45,000.
