What you will do As our new Senior P&C Business Partner, you will develop and drive processes within the employee life cycle with a focus on initiatives driving the employee experience. You will be developing, planning and executing frameworks within organisational, leadership and employee development as well as developing and driving projects in the realm of engagement, health & wellbeing. You will be a business partner for the organization, supporting and providing advice on various people related topics or leadership challenges. You will furthermore support in the operational aspects of HR including legal paperwork, payroll, leave, policies, etc Aside to above, tasks also include: Driving organizational OKR goal setting framework as well as the annual salary adjustment process. Developing, coordinating, and facilitating transformation initiatives. Driving and supporting employer branding, recruitment and pre- & onboarding processes. Driving and supporting in employee matters, both regarding changes of roles as well as disciplinary and dismissal processes. Internal/External reporting & statistics. Contributing insights on new trends within the P&C field as well as optimizing/automating existing systems and processes for increased efficiency. We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies: Relevant educational background in People & Culture/HR and/or psychology. 7-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner in a corporate environment. Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Certification in Predictive Index Test Systems is an advantage. Experience from offshore wind industry or support to equivalent technical organization is an advantage.
