Salary: £42000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Lead effective and collaborative communication with all key internal and external stakeholders including our Michelin star calibre chef partners.
* Ensure we never compromise on quality and flavour through exceptional professional standards.
* Drive sales, manage volumes and compliance through preferred suppliers and local sourcing where applicable.
* Deliver client tasting sessions for event planning.
* Manage people across multiple hospitality kitchens, including leadership, recruitment, engagement, training, development, and motivation.
* Ensure compliance with legislative and company HSE procedures and standards.
* Assist the culinary department in managing and controlling labour costs to meet or exceed company budgets.
* Work with the HR team to ensure the right candidates are selected and onboarded effectively.
* Produce high-end restaurant quality desserts for match day and non-match day events.
* Oversee the pastry department, ensuring safety, quality, quantity, and appearance standards are met.
* Supervise chefs working in the pastry section.
Qualifications:
* City and Guilds 706/2 or NVQ level 3 or equivalent pastry qualification.
* Intermediate Food Hygiene/level 2.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge and experience of supervising or managing people.
* IT literate.
