We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Catholic school community in Aintree, Liverpool. This role is offered on a temp to perm basis, with an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum in a way that meets their individual needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans.
- Promote a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment in line with the school's Catholic ethos.
- A passion for supporting children with SEN, with experience or knowledge of Autism being highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to working with children who may display challenging behaviours.
- A commitment to fostering the spiritual, emotional, and educational development of every child.
- Additional Autism training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
