In line with its growth objectives, the company is now seeking to appoint a Group Quality & Business Improvement Manager to drive its continuous improvement program across multiple regions for its growing products sector. The Role Newly created, this role is central to ensuring that products and services meet consistent standards of quality, safety, and efficacy across all Group companies with an initial focus on all UK companies. You will be tasked with overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality control systems and process improvements. Leading a small team of Quality professionals, this role requires both a hands-on approach as you bring people on the continuous improvement journey, as well as a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of quality assurance pertaining to engineering, design, assembly, software and support. You will also play a critical role in setting and enforcing quality standards and protocols that align with industry regulations, customer expectations and best practice to ensure continuous improvement and the promotion of a high-performance culture. What You Bring A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing/Production or Engineering is essential. Lean Six Sigma experience is mandatory, ideally with relevant certification. Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) from a recognised professional body are advantageous. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a quality control or assurance leadership role within the manufacturing and/or engineering assembly industry. Strong knowledge of regulations, standards, and quality control methodologies. Influential and inclusive leadership skills with a proven track record of creating momentum and delivering exceptional results within the company’s values of teamwork, respect, integrity and continuous improvement. Demonstrable project management skills with a passion for advancing quality, process improvement by winning through your team. Ideally international experience in a quality or continuous improvement role with a willingness to travel. Benefits A strong base salary will be negotiated in line with your experience.
