IT Systems & Project Coordinator
Hardware & Application Support:
· Monitoring: Monitor, Report, and Resolve Interface
Issues: Oversee the smooth functioning of interfaces
across Brand.com, Warehouse, Retail, and B2B2C (Next,
Arnotts, John Lewis etc), platforms like Mriakel, Rithum.
Identify, document, and address any disruptions in real-
time to ensure seamless operations. Install and configure
laptops, desktops, and associated hardware from
scratch.
· Handle the installation of software and updates as
needed across the organization.
· Account and System Setup: Handle essential technical
tasks, including ID creation, network troubleshooting,
software installations, laptop configurations, and SAP
setup, to enable efficient and uninterrupted business
operations. · PC Health Clinic Quarterly Activity. · Provide first-line support for all Power BI queries, ensuring timely resolution and logging tickets followed by SLA calculation Project Support and Management: · Ownership: Manage and own project deliverables for small to mid-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective coordination, and quality control throughout. · Project Support & Reporting: Performing UAT, setup SFTP channel, test channels, liaise with customer IT team, conduct training sessions to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the newly implemented process and system. Using project management tool like Clickup, Monday.com or Jira. Reporting the project status in timely manner. Retail and Wholesale Support: · Support the Retail and Wholesale teams with order management, inventory · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product and inventory systems, including technical issues. · Assist with the stock count process, including activating new ranges and addressing technical glitches.
User Management: · Set up new or deactivate user accounts, ensuring all users have the appropriate access. · Troubleshoot and resolve shared drive access issues. Vendor Communication: · Liaise with IT vendors for ongoing support, contract management, and cost-related issues. · Raise IT purchase orders in SAP as required. Additional Responsibilities: · Support and Liaise with IBM & Microland team for day to day support including activities like patch upgrade etc. Weekend activities for and IT infra upgrade or change.
