What does a successful Senior Product Manager - EMEA CNP Payments do?
As a successful Senior Product Manager for Card Not Present (CNP) Payments in the EMEA region at Fiserv, you will lead the strategic growth and development of our e-commerce payment solutions tailored for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa markets. You will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of Fiserv's presence in the region and impacting millions of merchants through innovative payment solutions.
What you will do:
1. Stay informed about payment industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings in the EMEA region.
2. Identify opportunities for new CNP products and features to meet the unique needs of merchants and consumers in diverse EMEA markets.
3. Adapt and localise CNP products and features deployed in other regions for the EMEA market.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the roadmap for CNP products and features in the EMEA region.
5. Craft detailed requirements and user stories for CNP products and features, ensuring alignment with market demands and company strategy.
6. Support partners utilising Fiserv's ecommerce APIs and SDKs to build vertical solutions.
7. Conduct training sessions for local Fiserv sales channels on product capabilities and value proposition.
8. Analyse merchant and developer feedback to drive continuous improvement of CNP products and enhance user experience.
What you will need to have:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in product management within the payment industry, focusing on the EMEA region.
3. Deep understanding of e-commerce payment rules, regulatory requirements, and industry standards within EMEA.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data and market insights.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different regions and levels.
6. Experience working with web and mobile SDK APIs, and collaborating with developers.
7. Strong individual contributor with the ability to manage workload effectively and drive impactful business outcomes.
8. Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a diverse team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
