iMultiply are working in partnership with an exciting business in East Lothian who are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant, to join the team on a 12-month basis, covering Maternity Leave.
This is a full-time opportunity, 37,5 hours per week, based in the office and can start as soon as possible.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who lives near by and would like to be fully supported and trained to take over this role for a full year.
You will need to drive, as car is important to get to the office!
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and issue sales invoices to group companies.
* Handle purchase invoices, working closely with the Procurement Team and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.
* Assist with the preparation of payment runs, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Previous experience in a finance role.
* Familiarity with financial or ERP systems
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy for high volumes of invoices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
