If you are an experienced HR Advisor and are seeking a responsible role with a progressive and very successful organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Supporting the HR Manager with the day to day management of the HR function
2. Managing recruitment process from instigation stage through to appointment
3. Overseeing HR compliance, right to work checks, reference checks and DBS checks
4. Maintaining accurate and up to date staff records ensuring all changes are recorded
5. Handling ER issues, dealing with disciplinary and grievance cases
6. Ensuring HR processes and procedures are in line with legal requirements
