About you:
We are seeking a Project Support Administrator to join our Build Support team, who will liaising closely with the Build Team to ensure delivery of successful installations to our customers. If you are motivated, can demonstrate initiative and show great attention to detail we would love to hear from you!
The role:
* Planning, coordinating and evaluating permit and process activities.
* Raising notice/permit to local authorities for future works and possible variations
* Ensuring and managing all works are correctly noticed in accordance with TMA Act, permitting systems procedure and clearly communicate of road space granted.
* Submitting traffic management plans & TTRO’s when required
* Agreeing the programme of works and schedule work through to completion with third party suppliers and contractors
* Monitoring, identifying and highlighting risks of build completion dates associated to the delivery dates liaising with the Civils Operations Manager
* Managing the submissions and closure of network adjustments in accordance with the key stakeholder ‘Open Reach’
* Use grid reference, Google Maps, Google Earth, paint and photoshop, mapping GIS systems
* Updating and communicating the project team’s status of work requests
* Build and develop relationships with key contractors, suppliers and local authorities to ensure build targets are met
* Creating job packs and work packages including 3rdparty utility, print/safe digs in a timely manner
Qualifications:
* GCSE qualification in Maths and English minimum Grade level 4 or equivalent
Skills / Experience:
* Excellent communication skills
* A strong attention to detail
* To be able to quickly learn work systems and processes to accurately input/upload information into relevant management systems
* Strong ICT skills, Microsoft Office
* Ability to prioritise and multitask
Desirable:
* Previous experience in street works, utilities, highways or telecommunications in a similar role
* NRSWA knowledge
