Job Title: Senior Administrator
Location: Wrexham
Hours of work: Monday to Friday

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Administrator to join their team in Wrexham. This is a diverse and fast-paced role, where you will assist the administration team with day-to-day tasks. The company provides full training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Close sales effectively over the phone
* Process customer purchase orders, including contract and account reviews
* Provide customer service updates, handle complaints, and resolve account issues
* Provide product and delivery quotations to customers
* Experience in shipping goods abroad is beneficial
* Essential understanding of Bills of Material
* Maintain the company's CRM system
* Process returns and manage customer accounts
* Place purchase orders with suppliers
* Assist with dispatching orders to both public and large businesses
* Plan the dispatch of goods, warehouse, and stock experience is helpful
* Assist with stock control and replenishment
* General administration duties and phone answering
Skills & Experience Required:
* Time served experience in an administrator position
* Strong customer service skills
* Proven sales experience and ability to close sales
