Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
* Administer vaccines and manage Dose Administration Aids for both community and nursing home patients.
* Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and organisations to support community health initiatives.
What You’ll Need
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proficiency in pharmacy software, including FRED Dispense and FRED Office.
* Immunisation accreditation preferred (training available).
