SmartPro are working with a global brand who are seeking a professional Contact Centre Agent to join their dynamic team on the outskirts of Cardiff. This role is primarily focused on serving customers in Sweden and other Nordic markets, where you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and support to Business-To-Business customers. You will address queries, processing repair orders, answering questions, handling complaints, troubleshoot issues, and providing information. Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:15s (17:00 finish - 1 in 7 days). Working Model: Hybrid. 2 days office, 3 days remote. Responsibilities of the Contact Centre Agent: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent phone etiquette. Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Swedish. Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Process repair orders Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Requirements of the Contact Centre Agent: Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is essential. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Swedish is a strong advantage. Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour. Ability to analyse information quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs. Experience with data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable. Must be organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
