Product Enablement Manager – Empower Teams and Maximise Product Value!
User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the end-user, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to all product decisions.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and prioritise enablement initiatives to support our internal teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the vision and shape of our products.
* Work alongside sales, support, and CX teams to ensure they are well-equipped with product knowledge and the tools to be successful.
* Proactively address roadblocks to ensure successful enablement and customer satisfaction.
* Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations.
* Communicate the latest product updates and features to internal teams and customers.
* Develop and implement frameworks to measure product success.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience in product enablement or similar role in product management.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision making.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Empathy, active listening, and the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
