Customer Team Leader
Location: Main Street, Lamlash, KA27 8LX
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (from 6am), afternoons, late evenings (until 10pm), and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
This role will include work on our Post Office Counters.

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll lead the store team by coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing various tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What You’ll Do
* Provide friendly, welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful service, including managing the Post Office counter and handling challenging situations.
* Develop your team's skills through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture.
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance customer shopping experience.
* Support your store manager by deputising and handling HR processes.
* Lead the introduction of new products and services, encouraging feedback.
* Build relationships and support local community initiatives.
