We are currently inviting applications for the following role: Senior Advisor - People and Culture This role supports the Director of People and Culture as part of the People and Culture team, coordinating all aspects of the end-to-end employee lifecycle and optimising the experience of the school’s greatest asset – our people. This includes the development, implementation, coordination and administration of human resources policies, procedures and activities to support the school to meet its strategic objectives. The Senior Advisor - People and Culture ensures all human resources compliance requirements are met and most importantly will contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture where staff can thrive. Key focus areas of the role include: Coordination and administration of recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies and systems. Human resources administration and compliance. Assist with the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures and key initiatives. Assist with fostering a positive workplace environment by supporting staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives. The successful candidate You will be someone who thrives working in a small, supportive team environment and who is driven to provide a positive experience for staff. You will bring: Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of key human resources concepts and legislation relevant to a school environment. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport. You will naturally be a team player and enjoy contributing and collaborating across the department and the broader school. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks with accuracy, discretion and confidentiality. Demonstrated sound judgement in decision making and advising others.
