We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor to provide pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme. The work you do as a Pastoral Support Tutor will support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have an outstanding and fulfilling experience.
As a Pastoral Support Tutor, you will be highly motivated and have experience of supporting students aged 16-19, understanding their support needs. You will also have experience in target setting, working to tight deadlines, and possess proven time management and organisational skills.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of supporting students in a similar age range, high motivation, effective time management skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
