Technical Product Manager - Up to £60K DOE

As we deliver essential e-commerce and ANPR solutions across the UK and Europe, including cutting-edge EV charging technology - your expertise will help propel our in-house development team to new heights. In this role, you'll take ownership of our internally developed software solutions for e-commerce and ANPR. You'll collaborate with project and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analysis and translate these requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria to create product backlog items. Working closely with the developers, you'll manage timelines and priorities, while setting clear expectations with the business.
Other Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with IT support teams on new features, change and release management activities
* Support UAT process
* Interface with operational, customer service and marketing teams
* Conduct technical discussions with 3rd party providers
* Run workshops with stakeholders to drive product development
* Analyse data to recommend improvements
* Collaborate with colleagues in the UK and Europe
Essential Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years in technical product ownership, ideally in consumer-facing solutions
* Proven experience of dealing with project managers, business stakeholders and clients
* Can talk technical with developers and translate to non-technical business colleagues
* High attention to detail is critical and excellent communication and documentation
* Experience with APIs
* Experience using Dev-Ops
* Agile, dynamic
While not essential, the following skills would also be beneficial for this role:
* Experience with consumer-facing e-commerce web applications
* Experience with ANPR related product applications
* Experience with EV charging related applications
* Exposure to UI and UX design
