Job Purpose: To support and assist the delivery of effective marketing communications activity on a day to day basis. Providing support and delivery to the UK and wider EH team through effective use of digital marketing tools and roll out of campaign and marketing support assets. Key Responsibilities: Day to day management and creation of core campaign activity to support certain EH regions both on and offline. Responsibility for sample and literature fulfilment. Management of stock levels and packing and distribution for events and conferences. Responsible for consistent and accurate brand representation on product tapes and packaging artwork. Update and maintenance of these. Working alongside Product Management to manage this. Organisation and management of certain external and internal events with some travel expected Assistance in maintaining and updating Tensar digital marketing platforms e.g. website, social media. Maintenance of CRM database and HubSpot / Sales Force marketing tool to ensure effective management of lead, contact and event data. Respond to Live Chat and Website enquiries alongside the rest of the marketing team Support on updates and maintenance of office signage and branding Selection and ordering of promotional items and merchandise Education/Qualifications/Skills/Abilities: Degree or equivalent. Minimum two years’ experience within Marketing. Experience in event management not essential but preferred Excellent written skills, able to write copy, generate ideas and recommend change/ improvements. Good knowledge of digital marketing, and platforms for execution i.e. CMS, CRM, Web analysis, SEO and HubSpot. Confident decision-maker. The ability to rapidly adapt to manage changing priorities and the ability to cope with non-routine tasks. UK Driving License essential This position is hybrid, located in Blackburn, UK. Pay is commensurate with skill set and experience. This position may require domestic or international travel, outside of the standard working hours.
