Responsibilities
* Develop your warm desk by cross-selling your specialisms to exciting clients.
* Business development skills to identify and develop new opportunities within the Insurance sector.
* Build robust, long-lasting relationships with the clients whilst understanding their bespoke recruitment needs.
* Stay ahead of the industry curve through comprehensive market research on trends and competitor activity.
* Seek out top talent using various sourcing methods, ensuring a high-quality recruitment experience.
* Evaluate candidate suitability through in-depth interviews and assessments.
* Facilitate smooth interviews, offer negotiations and onboarding processes for both clients and candidates.
Requirements
* Proven experience in the role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably from an insurance sector or sales background; insurance experience will also be considered.
* Exceptional relationship management and business development skills.
* Mature approach and commitment to career development and performance.
* Proficiency in the use of various recruitment software and tools.
* Strong attention to detail and robust organisational abilities.
