This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the Housing service remains compliant with regulatory consumer standards while driving continuous customer-focused service improvements. You will work closely with teams across the service to enhance quality assurance, performance monitoring, and resident engagement. About the Role As a Housing Strategy Officer, you will: Ensure compliance with regulatory consumer standards through robust quality assurance and service improvement initiatives. Use performance analysis, best practices, and benchmarking data to identify and implement service improvements. Develop and implement mechanisms for resident feedback to improve service accessibility and responsiveness. Assist in the investigation of complaints, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated and best practices consistently applied. Monitor and support the delivery of service plans, improvement strategies, audit recommendations, and inspection findings. Support housing teams in achieving their objectives and maintaining business continuity plans. Produce reports, briefings, and bulletins for a range of audiences. Maintain an in-depth understanding of all Housing service operations to drive ongoing service improvement initiatives. About You We are looking for a candidate with: ✔ Experience in housing strategy, service improvement, and regulatory compliance. ✔ Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and inform decision-making. ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with residents, teams, and external partners. ✔ Knowledge of housing regulations, consumer standards, and best practices in service delivery. ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities, implement action plans, and monitor service performance.
