Since its establishment in the early 2000s, they have successfully managed thousands of campaigns across half of the globe and numerous languages, ensuring each is delivered safely and in full compliance with local regulations.The RoleReporting directly into the Finance Director, the role of Finance Business Partner offers the opportunity to work closely with sales, operations and finance teams to provide essential insights and drive commercial success. With a focus on project accounting, supporting key decision-making and implementing a new project management system, this role is integral to the company's growth and operational excellence.This role will be perfect for someone with strong project accounting experience from a creative background, who is happy rolling their sleeves up and has a keen commercial understanding behind financials.The ResponsibilitiesActing as Finance Business Partner for various teams, such as sales and operations teams.Ownership of the P&L down to gross margin, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and gross margin reporting each month.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand the financials behind projects, ensuring they are profitable and aligned with business goals.Act as a key stakeholder in implementing a new project management system, transitioning from legacy software (Paprika), and becoming the in-house expert on the system.Support planning and forecasting processes, with a focus on gross margin analysis. Ad-hoc finance duties where required.
