The goal is to leverage paid advertising to drive growth, increase sales, and capture high-quality leads across various markets. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic PPC Specialist to join the team and take ownership of our PPC strategy across all brands. The Role As the PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels. Your primary objectives will be to drive profitable eCommerce sales for our online stores and generate high-quality leads for our lead generation-focused brands. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, etc.) across multiple brands. Monitor daily campaign budgets, adjust bids, and ensure maximum ROI/ROAS across all accounts. Create, maintain, and optimise ad copy and keyword lists for both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the digital marketing and brand teams to understand the objectives of each brand and tailor PPC strategies accordingly. Develop bespoke PPC strategies for brands focusing on lead generation versus eCommerce, understanding the nuances of both. Tracking & Reporting: Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms. Provide regular performance reports, with detailed analysis of KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate. Lead Generation: Develop PPC strategies to capture high-quality leads for lead generation-focused brands, ensuring efficient cost per lead (CPL). Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to optimise the lead qualification process and improve lead quality. eCommerce Focus: Drive eCommerce sales by optimising campaigns for product categories, brands, and specific SKUs. Manage shopping campaigns, including Google Shopping and product listing ads (PLAs), optimising feed data to increase product visibility. Budget Management: Manage monthly PPC budgets, ensuring effective allocation across brands and campaigns. Identify opportunities to maximise spend efficiency while meeting business goals. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in managing and optimising PPC campaigns across multiple brands, including both eCommerce and lead generation. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms. Strong knowledge of Google Shopping and product listing ads (PLAs) optimisation. Experience with lead generation strategies, including targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking. Demonstrated ability to optimise for key KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with tracking tools, pixel management, and attribution models. Experience managing budgets effectively and maximising ROI/ROAS. What’s in it for you?
