Telephone Collections Negotiator Salary: £21,000 per year Bonus Shifts: Rota-based weekly between the hours of 8am - 7pm Location: Contact Centre Quest Employment is recruiting for a Telephone Collections Negotiator on behalf of a well-established company. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset. About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader, youll be part of a busy contact centre team, negotiating payments with debtors and updating files efficiently to meet business targets. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally. Negotiating payment plans and settlements. Updating customer records accurately. Liaising with Enforcement Agents when needed. Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry standards. What Were Looking For Excellent telephone communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
