Blair West are looking for an Office Manager to support a growing and dynamic business based in the heart of Newcastle.
This role will evolve as the business grows and would suit someone who has a flexible mindset who can work autonomously but is looking for a support role.
The opportunity:
* General office housekeeping.
* Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for purpose, including making refreshments.
* Ordering office supplies, including stationary, refreshments and rewards.
* Liaising with the landlord.
* Booking travel.
* Diary and Inbox management for directors.
* Assisting with admin processes for recruitment.
* Updating jobs boards.
* Collating new client forms and ensuring client information is correct at all times.
* Supporting business compliance.
* Credit control.
* Importing data.
* Always looking for ways to improve processes and environment.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you're:
* Have previous experience as an office manager.
* Thrive in a varied role and are happy to help with everything from filling the coffee machine to inbox management.
* Strong IT skills.
* Comfortable with credit control.
* Like to work in an office environment.
* Someone who takes pride in what they do.
