Henlee Resourcing has an urgent opportunity for an Interim In-house Recruiter to join the HR team of a fast paced, project-focused SME, based in Swindon.

12-month contract
£37,000 to £42,000 + Benefits

Working closely with the HR Director and key stakeholders, you will deliver recruitment for roles at all levels of seniority, across a number of UK sites.
Duties include but are not limited to
1. Vacancy management
2. Defining job descriptions and person specifications
3. Internal and external advertising
4. Liaising with recruitment agencies and other third parties
5. Fully utilising LinkedIn to headhunt
6. Liaising with government agencies and engaging with local communities
7. Candidate interviews
8. Offer process and candidate care
9. New starter contractual paperwork
10. Induction and onboarding process.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, can demonstrate the above experience and can think outside the box, when sourcing hard to fill roles. You will ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 3 or equivalent and possess experience of working within a busy HR or inhouse / RPO recruitment environment.
They’re also looking to implement an Applicant Tracking System. Experience in this is not essential but would be a distinct advantage.
N.B. This role is office based (Swindon), with one day home working.
