About the Role We’re looking for a passionate e-Commerce Executive, or e-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team in a brand new role at Vanquish Fitness. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll work on the day-to-day trading of the site and implement strategies to achieve overall revenue and profit targets. With the Head of Digital, you’ll work on improving/optimising user journeys, conversion rate, AOV and other core KPIs, plus administration and handling of the collections and products online. Duties and Responsibilities Drive trade against revenue targets and other KPIs including average order size, value, conversion rates and returns following and improving on strategies set in place by the Head of Digital Work with analytical and CRO tools that will help unlock greater insight to work towards KPI goals Assist the Head of Digital in implementing a long-term e-commerce strategy and tactics to exceed revenue targets and KPIs and proactively seek opportunities to drive incremental growth Generating relevant reporting i.e. weekly, monthly, annually vs targets and sharing insights with the Head of Digital Work with the Digital team to build, execute and optimise marketing tactics to generate incremental traffic (including paid search, paid social & CRM) to the site Own the visual merchandising of the site from product to signposting and work with the Content and Design teams to create engaging content that drives sales Work on product collections, categories and tags within Shopify to create a streamlined customer journey Feed into the apparel product strategy with data & insights from e-commerce sales to create products our target audience and consumers love Work closely with the Technology partners and Developer to design, develop and deploy the tools you need to deliver objectives, quickly resolving any short-term bugs or general functionality issues Keep up to date with e-commerce & CRO / Trading best practice of tomorrow through training and research Work on the creation and management of pages and collections, and follow the Head of Digital on CMS and landing page strategy creation and implementation Manage product launches and uploads on Shopify with the Head of Digital in line with the release calendar ensuring collections are online and visible in all relevant collections Work with Graphic Designer and Creative Producer to ensure visual assets are accurate and ready for new product launches or promotions About You 1-2 years’ experience in eCommerce in a retail DTC environment. A self-starter with an inquisitive mind that can put themselves in the customers’ shoes. A quick learner who can process lots of information and prioritise action; Able to share insights with the wider business with digestible information and actionable insights.
