The CDO also leads the NTS Solutions and Shipping business lines, ensuring the safe and secure delivery of our global operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of our business.What You’ll Do:Support the CDO: Extend the reach of the CDO by providing technical and strategic support, driving internal projects and initiatives, and liaising with clients and customers.Meeting Management: Prepare for and attend selective meetings, supporting and acting on behalf of the CDO.Information Triage: Handle incoming information and enquiries, deciding on appropriate actions, escalation, or sharing.Coordination: Act as the key interface with the NTS COO Office, ensuring smooth coordination and prioritisation of tasks.Reporting: Compile, interpret, and review various reports, including budgets, performance, and assurance reports.Preparation: Prepare for meetings and external engagements, coordinating with the CDO Personal Assistant and stakeholders.Scheduling: Work closely with the CDO Personal Assistant to manage time, travel, and meetings effectively.Conflict Resolution: Collaborate with the wider leadership team to identify and resolve conflicts quickly.Networking: Build a network of contacts within NTS, NDA Group, and externally to support organisational growth.What We’re Looking For:Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.Experience: Self-starter, driven, able to work unsupervised, and meet deadlines.Skills: Excellent written and oral skills, high emotional and business intelligence, ability to multitask and prioritize.Personality: Personable, enjoys making new connections, and understands the importance of relationships and stakeholder management.Adaptability: Able to anticipate needs, grasp complex situations quickly, and respond calmly and efficiently.Confidentiality: Proven experience in handling confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.Creativity: Ability to translate ideas into high-quality documents, presentations, and speeches.Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed, able to act as a sounding board with tact and discretion.Enthusiasm: Willingness and ability to learn quickly, with enthusiasm and tenacity.Why Join Us?This is a fixed-term or secondment opportunity for 18-24 months.
