Salary: £37,823.18 - £40,113.57 (subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
Hours: Full time (8:45 am - 5 pm)

A unique, one-of-a-kind role has just become available, giving you the chance to set up and launch the Health and Social Care T Level from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of healthcare education and make a lasting impact.
In this exciting role, you will play a key part in our new T Level course (commencing September 2025) and also teach our engaging Level 1 and Level 2 Health and Social Care programs. Your focus will include areas such as Access to Nursing, Skills for Working in the Healthcare Sector, and Access to Medical Science.
Collaborating closely with the Director of Learning and Programme Manager, you will oversee the smooth daily operations of the department, ensuring a positive student experience for all learners. Your responsibilities will include teaching and learning, Internal Verification, planning for the upcoming T Level course, working with employers, and tracking and monitoring of learners.

* From September onwards, you will lead this course, playing a key role in shaping student success and providing feedback to our Programme Manager and Director of Learning.

* You will play a key part in the building work and setup of our own mini hospital room.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop learning programs for student groups.
* Serve as a course or subject leader.
* Maintain accurate records of student achievements, retention, and attendance.
* Contribute to interview events, open days, and similar activities as needed.
* Support positive career pathways for all learners.
The successful candidate must have:
* A Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care, Science, or a related field.
* A Level 4 or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience with the relevant subject curriculum in further education.
* A background in working within the relevant subject area.
* A background in teaching the Health and Social Care T Level.
We may also be able to consider candidates with relevant training experience, to train up internally and support with a teaching qualification.
