A bit about the job: The Commercial Lead plays a vital role in ensuring that commercial rigor and performance focus are applied across C&M activities, including Digital, Data, and Marketing. You will collaborate with Business Units and product owners to define and agree on outcomes, influencing prioritization and taking ownership of outcome modelling and reporting processes. Your work will involve linking KPIs to outcomes, producing benefit realization reports, and identifying key metrics that showcase success across the organization. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong communication skills to articulate commercial benefits and outcomes effectively. Experience in developing and utilizing commercial models and dashboards. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate virtual teams. Proficiency in translating benefits into measurable metrics for tracking realization. Numerate qualifications, such as professional qualifications (Actuarial or Accountancy) or a numerate degree.
