Job Description
1. Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level. Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her team.
2. Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set.
3. Supervise public areas.
4. Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to.
5. Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms.
6. Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness.
7. Maintain a section floor report.
8. Conduct regular room checklists.
9. Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to Housekeeper Manager.
10. Record room status in allocated section accurately.
Qualifications
1. Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
2. Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
3. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
4. Highly responsible & reliable.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
6. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
7. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Additional Information
Minimum of 4+ years of Experience.
