About the role: We have a new opening for the position of Quality Coordinator in our Quality Department. This pivotal role is primarily desk-based (80%) with responsibilities including: Data analysis, spreadsheet management, and administrative tasks. Collecting and analysing data, issuing rework sheets, and conducting internal and site audits. Completing risk assessments and collaborating across departments such as Purchasing, Finance, and Production. Engaging with suppliers and stakeholders, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. Occasional shop-floor work, including lab tasks and waste material. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative quality department structured under two teams. You’ll work alongside colleagues in a positive environment that encourages personal growth, innovation, and project development. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Great IT Skills, particularly in Excel, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. You should have the ability to communicate for interactions with different departments and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, with the ability to perform audits, analyse data, and complete risk assessments. Flexibility: Willingness to assist colleagues on the shop floor as needed.
