This Law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their growing team.
In this role, you will play a key part in advising our clients on a wide range of property matters, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure on clean energy and renewable projects.
Responsibilities:
* Advise on the development and construction of major infrastructure projects - both in the UK and internationally
* Draft and negotiate complex commercial property agreements, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, financings, and joint ventures
* May have the opportunity to manage junior lawyers and oversee aspects of their work
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in commercial property law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
* A strong understanding of commercial property transactions, including energy and infrastructure experience, with particular experience in clean energy and renewable projects
