Reporting into the Head of Finance and overseeing a small team of AP and AR Clerks, your role would be to manage, guide and develop your team to reach their full potential. Main duties: - Leading and managing a team, providing mentorship and guidance - Carrying out performance reviews and appraisals - Overseeing the entire AP process to ensure timely processing of invoices - Supervising the AR process and monitoring customer accounts - Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts - Preparing monthly AP and AR reports - Supporting the month-end and year-end closing process - Balance sheet reconciliations The Person: - Proven experience in an AP/AR management capacity, ideally with knowledge of the construction sector - CIS - Previous experience of managing and leading a small team - Good communicator and mentor - High level of accuracy and attention to detail In return, our client is offering a competitive base salary together with a benefits package and flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
