Customer Support Advisor Job - Andover

Stannah has an exciting position available at their offices in Andover to join their Global Customer Service Team.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be supporting accounts for our distributors who are located outside of the UK.
We are looking for a customer support advisor who has excellent communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to communicate effectively and offer a high level of customer support to our global distributors is essential.
This role involves working alongside our Global Distributors to ensure the successful delivery and installation of the Stannah product with the customer.
Ideal candidates will have previously worked within a customer support business-to-business focused environment, ideally with advisor experience to help decision making, planning, and prioritizing your own workload.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process, support, and communicate with distributors throughout the order process.
2. Provide one-to-one account support for a number of our global distributors.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues.
4. Track and record all issues in CRM.
5. Identify recurring issues and highlight them to internal departments for improvement.
6. Work within agreed SLAs.
7. Understand different distributor needs and adapt your approach to meet those needs.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
1. Proven experience of working within a business-to-business environment.
2. Proven experience handling complaints and investigating root causes.
