About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Analyst to support our team within the Southern Regions.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modern IT systems such as MS 365, MS Dynamics, and Works Management Systems. This role requires someone with a passion for continuous process improvement, with strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to convey technical information in an easily understandable way. Applicants will have a good understanding of business processes as well as excellent organisation and time management abilities.
Due to the nature of the role, traveling to various sites is required.
Location: Southern Regions
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week.
Salary: £40,000.00 – £45,000.00 per annum
Responsibilities – but not limited to:
* Working with various stakeholders regarding new and existing digital processes and improvements needed.
* Strategise workflows for process modernisation in support of continuous improvement.
* Interact with various stakeholders.
* Review of processes for implementation.
* User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign offs related to this.
* Liaise with developers regarding feedback on UAT.
* Collaborating with the team to gain understanding of current workflows/processes and how to improve them.
* Introducing new systems within the wider business.
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
* Full UK Driving License is required.
* Drive and passion for continuous process improvement.
* Able to liaise with all levels.
* Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
* Organisational skills and ability to meet challenging deadlines.
* Proactively and independently manage projects and maintain skills within the department.
* 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
* Ability to work to lean and agile standards and methodologies.
