Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum

What you will be doing:
Strategic Development: Align brand strategy with company objectives to drive market leadership and profitability.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Event Support: Play a key role in supporting events and training sales teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Medical Affairs and external stakeholders to enhance brand positioning.
Budget Management: Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Mentorship: Mentor and develop a Marketing Associate, enhancing your leadership skills.

About You:
Educational Background: Degree in a relevant field (scientific, marketing, or business).
Experience: 5+ years of pharmaceutical brand management experience.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking, planning, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications: ABPI qualification is essential.
Requirements: Full UK driving licence.
