Job Title: Chief Product Officer

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept through development and into delivery—ensuring the successful alignment of the product vision with business objectives. In this role, you will drive product innovation and excellence, evolve the product team, and be the voice of the customer within the organisation.
In this role, you'll:
* Define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s mission and business goals.
* Work closely with the executive team to ensure product strategy supports long-term business growth and competitive positioning.
* Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through development and into delivery, ensuring timely and successful product releases.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and delivery to ensure seamless product execution.
* Managing the engineering to ensure the outputs deliver the specified business benefits.
* Act as the voice of the Internal/External customer, gathering and analysing customer feedback to continuously improve product.
* Drive a culture of product innovation, encouraging new ideas and novel approaches to solving customer problems.
* Monitor product performance and iterate to ensure high user satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes.
* Embrace and lead data-driven decision-making across product development and optimisation.
* Collaborate with the delivery function to ensure alignment on product requirements and technical feasibility.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product organisation.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in product management in senior leadership roles, preferably in a Managed Security Service Provider.
* Strong track record of successfully leading cross-functional product and engineering teams.
* In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
* Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution and problem-solving.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong business acumen
* A deep passion for customer-centric product development, with the ability to balance innovation with operational excellence.
