The Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) Team is seeking 2 x Band 4 Administrators to work within UEC team to support delivering the priorities for urgent and emergency care services.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide and coordinate administrative duties including the management of mailboxes, tracking and logging emails, supporting the delivery of daily activities to manage system flow and escalation as well as supporting the Directory of Services (DoS) Lead to maintain the DoS database.
The UEC Team cover a range of areas including System Co-ordination Centre, Directory of Services as well as Emergency Planning and pathway transformation. The role is varied and involves working across the LLR system.

TheUEC Administrator will
Support the delivery of daily activities to manage system flow and escalation and ensure completion of appropriate recording and reporting.
· Support the daily System Flow calls, clarifying actions as required to improve or maintain flow.
· Provide day to day administration for single point of access mailboxes, this will include liaising with NHS England and other stakeholders to ensure returns and key guidance are disseminated, returns are collated and sent in a timely manner.
Tracking and logging all emails that arrive into the mailboxes.
· Ensuring returns are completed and sent in a timely manner.
· Deal with any queries arising from emails sent into the inboxes.
· Support the delivery of daily activities to manage system flow and escalation and ensure completion of appropriate recording and reporting.
• Provide administrative duties including minute taking for specific meetings, resolving queries, arranging meetings, diary management.
• Assisting with management of the on-call rota and on call pack.
• Acting on any urgent emails and responding to routine enquiries as appropriate.
• Support the Director of Services Lead (DoS) to keep the DoS database up to date by maintaining and updating service profiles to reflect new versions of the DoS and NHS Pathways.
• Preparation of letters, reports and other documents.
• Providing support to the Urgent Care team in times of escalation and surge.
