Operating a modern mixed fleet of maintained vehicles, our growing company wishes to welcome new business development staff to the team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an office based experienced sales orientated person with a proven track record in Business to Business/Contract developed sales.
Providing a range of UK and worldwide transport services, Candy Carriers require a person who has a vibrant outgoing positive personality with the capability, ingenuity and skill set for generating new sales growth through liaison with new and existing clients. After sales service support and building long term relationships with clients form a rewarding aspect to the role.
The successful candidate should have an articulate calm approach and possess a motivated and innovative communication style.

The Role:
1. To promote our business and services In a professional manner
2. To seek new business from existing clients, and prospective new customers, via self-sourcing lead creation.
3. To maintain close contact with those clients on a regular basis.
4. To follow up all sales leads and supply feedback.
5. To liaise with other departments and members of staff.
6. To monitor customer accounts by using IT skills and database profiling
7. Cold calling
8. The ability to negotiate Contractual commitments
The Person:
9. You should be totally focused on creating and maintaining professional relationships within the SME and corporate markets.
10. You should provide proof of a successful track record in meeting financial targets and increased profitability.
11. You should be self motivated.
12. You should be tenacious, innovative, organised and articulate.
13. You should possess first class communication and presentation skills and be able to liaise with clients within companies of varying size and commercial value.
14. You should have a flexible attitude, good timekeeping and the ability to prioritise your workflow.
15. You will require the ability to generate opportunities, negotiate, close deals and monitor progress of new business
16. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
