Hours: Part time (24 hours per week), permanent, Term time only
Part time Administration Assistant required as soon as possible to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (8.30am-2.30pm, term time only).
We are seeking to appoint an exemplary administration assistant to join our thriving and dedicated team at Monkspath School.
The Administration Assistant will be based in our Monkeys Childcare Office. The primary role is to provide administration support to the Monkeys Childcare Team. This will include providing a friendly reception service, welcoming children and families to the setting each day as well as responding to telephone calls and emails, placing some orders, updating electronic systems and providing general administration support.
The successful candidate will be IT literate and have experience of administrative work in a busy office environment.
