The Adult Safeguarding Co-ordinator will co-ordinate adult safeguarding activity and all referrals from. The role will provide an impartial, personal, efficient, visible and effective Adult Safeguarding Service by ensuring service users and staff, have access to and receive timely and high quality information, advice and signposting guidance in relation to safeguarding concerns.
This includes liaising with frontline staff to receive, manage and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with Trust policy and procedures and recognised best practice. Working closely with staff and managers toto address any safeguarding concerns and issues in a timely and efficient way in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the services user.
The post holder will:
· The post holder will be responsible for supporting Adult Safeguarding processes within RCHT safeguarding services.
· The post holder will be based in the specialty of Safeguarding working as part of the Integrated Safeguarding Service
· The post holder will be an experienced safeguarding practitioner
