In this role, you will be responsible for using your knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, tools, and trends to help innovate and enhance our product offerings and increase the confidence of our teams to use AI. You will perform a critical role, working closely with our leadership and internal project teams to drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies into our systems and processes. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Director, this is a highly visible role for six months, starting in January 2025. Key responsibilities will include: Partnering with Project teams to identify how AI can be used in our consulting services to enhance the services we deliver to clients The integration of AI technology into our consulting services working on live consulting projects and with all consulting practices Inputting to our credentials, thought leadership and external materials promoting the use of AI in our solutions for clients and internal processes Applying AI technology to our internal systems, processes and capabilities Assisting, tracking and delivering project planning and timeline management for AI-related initiatives Additionally : AI Technology Research & Analysis: Research emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices Analyse and evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms Assess and recommend AI technologies for improving business processes and enhancing performance Insights, Support & Documentation: Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights on AI adoption and performance Assist in the design and execution of experiments to evaluate the impact of AI initiatives Provide technical analysis of AI-related issues and assist in troubleshooting Prepare and maintain clear documentation on AI technologies and integration processes Create reports and presentations to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders About you: Educational background: Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Experience: One to two years’ experience in business analysis, or a related role Familiarity with AI technologies such as machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision Key skills: Able to apply AI in practice – familiar with day-to-day adoption and use of AI tools in business Knowledge of healthcare / pharma and strategy / management consulting Ideally, you will have these technical skills (not essential): Ability to analyse and interpret data and generate insights Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and basic coding skills Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to evaluate and synthesise large volumes of technical information and make data-driven decisions Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong presentation skills for delivering reports, findings, and recommendations Additional competencies: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills What will Uptake provide for you?
